SCD Day 2: Starting Out Right

You know, and img_2863I know, that the sole metric of pounds lost is not very useful or helpful.  However, I feel compelled to write that this morning, when I weighed myself . . .

  • 172.7 pounds (3.1 pound difference from yesterday)
  • 37.2 % body fat (.2 percent difference from yesterday)
